The Dizzy Pig Barbecue Team's First Competition - New Holland, Pennsylvania State Championship
	Later Friday evening, the meat is taking on a nice color from the smoke and the Dizzy Pig rubs. The Primo Oval cooker has two briskets, and two pork butts on it at this time. Later we moved one of the briskets to another cooker to allow for a bit more air circulation around the meat.
