| Back in our nation's capital again, but this time was different! This year the contest was sanctioned by KCBS on Saturday, and MIM on Sunday. The weather was pretty good again this year, and lots of people showed up to enjoy the weekend. With a 1st, 2nd and 4th we thought we had a chance at the grand championship, but our chicken did not score well pulling us down to 5th place overall. Big congrats goes out to Myron Mixon and Jacks Old South for putting together food that won them a grand championship trophy both days!! |
