It gets bigger every year. Sandy and crew, once again, did an outstanding job of keeping everything running smoothly. Even when a dirt devil came spinning through lifting and twisting canopy after canopy. We got a nice call in brisket, but our other scores were not much to talk about. We actually thought the chicken was right on time ;-) Was a rough start to the year for Dizzy Pig! Huge congrats to our friends I Smell Smoke on their grand championship! And to our good friends at the BBQ Guru on there 3rd place overall finish against a tough crowd!

Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Always an experience to cross this marvel. All set up in Salisbury we enjoyed the sunset over the big puddle.
A dust devil (or actually a "clear weather tornado" spun through the middle of the event, and I stood and watched as one tent after another were ripped from the ground, some high into the air. Lamb pops for snacks!

A routine for Tuffy, of the Cool Smoke team, is to suck some good karma out of Dad's chair. John, Woo Doggies, can't make it to every contest these days, but we love it when he does!
