| What can I say. The New Holland Summerfest is one of THE premier contests in th USA. Year after year they continue to amaze, and this year was no different. Unfortunately, Dizzy Pig didn't fare too well this year. We undercooked our ribs, and they were tough. The 46th place finish was well deserved, and actually even that was generous. The ribs were the worst we've ever cooked. Everything else was on target, but this was not our day for getting the high scoring tables! Once again, the all powerful PA Midnite Smoker team takes grand. It's their home turf, and they know how to defend it. Congrats to them! |
