We knew Sandy was serious about growing this into a major competition, and Wicomico County proved they are not playing around. 132 teams this year, and quite a star-studded lineup. The weather held out this year, and Dizzy Pig cooked up some mighty nice food. Combined with, perhaps, landing on some decent tables, we pulled out a fifth place overall including big calls in both brisket and pork. Huge congrats to good friends Mike and Barbara of Chix Swine and Bovine on the Grand Championship, and to all that got a call in this brutal contest.

Bob on the ultimate toy. Having no idea he was a day away from taking Grand from 132 teams, Mike is especially chilled.
