Loved the name "Beverage Brothers". Was fun seeing some new teams at our first contest in NY. Chris trims up brisket.
Brian starts the seasoning process. Then the rains came. Must have rained 3 inches between 2am and 6pm Sunday.

Kenny showed up to help us out, and it's always good having him back. Mark cooked with Max Que this weekend. Little damp there?
Donnie catching up on sleep after a tough solo performance. John Marcus came out and competed as the Central Pork West team, and they hooed up their Jambo pit in the pouring rain.
Kenny, Joe, Chris and Brian were Team Dizzy Pig this weekend. Butch recently passed away, but Butch's Smack Your Lips lives on. RIP Butch.
Joe, in his trash bag pancho, listens to the award calls, of which we were lucky enough to receive 4! Calls in chicken, pork and brisket....we thought we had a chance, but were very happy with second overall. Congrats to Meat at Slims on their grand!
