Just absolutely perfect weather ALL weekend. War Pigs built a compound.
Meadow Creek makes many different cookers. This one makes flipping lots of chicken a breeze! From the railroad tracks.
Lots of good smells in the air. Snacks.
Behind our site, overlooking the park. Eggs cooking in the morning with the BBQ Guru's locked in and running our temps perfectly.
Brian and Nicole dig in on the box prep. Kenny, 3 time kids-q champ is not a kid anymore, but came to hang out with us/
Joe is becoming more of a Dizzy Pig every day. We're glad to have him on the team. Jay of 4:20 BBQ pays a visit.
Chuck glad to be done turn ins. Andy Stoddard also swung by to hang out with his son Noah.
Waiting for awards, we had a full camp! The awards at New Holland are very nicely presented on a beauty day.
First place chicken...sweet! Hoping that call might help us dethrone Midnite SMokers, but it wasn't to be. Long weekend. Two more weeks til the next one.
