Uses: Raging River, while designed for salmon, is really an all purpose rub that seems to have very few limits.

Description: The flavor is slightly sweet but complex with definite citrus notes. Good on salmon, poultry, pork, seafood, beef, mushrooms, potatoes, lamb, game, veal, and all veggies. good in the kitchen in chowders, stir fries, potato salad, roasted nuts, cole slaw, or whatever! Our best selling rub.

Hi Chris!  Hey, I just finished my second round of smoking pork spare-ribs in preparation for the Lenexa  Barbeque competition (suburb of Kansas City) on June 27th & 28th.  I've been using family and friends as guinea pigs and they are loving it.  Honestly, the Raging River Rub puts it over the top as being the best ribs I've ever smoked.  My dad's not a big spice/barbeque fan and he told me yesterday that what I smoked was excellent.  I'm sure I'll be sending in for another order in the next week or so.  Thanks again!, Jeff

Chris, Just wanted to drop a note and let you know I took a fifth in Chicken at at FBA contest in Wauchula with Raging River Rub as part of my yardbird 'process'. I won a sample of your rubs in the BBQ Forum Logo contest and have just started competing. Excellent products I will reorder some of them when used up.

On New Years Eve, I had a party at my house and I was in need of a veggie dip.

Here is the simple recipe that I used:
One half cup of sour cream
One half cup of mayonnaise
One tablespoon of Raging River Rub

I mix the ingredients in the serving bowl about an hour before I needed it.
Everyone absolutely loved it and I had to make more half way through the night.

I have NEVER had anything as remotely good as that fish on Tuesday night anywhere or anytime.  The raging river and the JD in the background were perfect compliments to the fish.  ( I was going to do your maple-butter glaze, but forgot to get some syrup). I can't help but think you had a little to do with this fish too.  I already called to thank my Buddy for the fish, so now I'm sending this to you to thank you for the Raging River.  Man alive.
